But sometimes we like to mix it up and try some fun add-ins. We've done lots of pancake variations-- … [Read More...]

In Memory

April 15, 2014 By jessfuel

I should have written this post a month and a half ago, but it’s taken me a long, long time to find the courage and the words. On February 18, my mom, Joanne, passed away. It wasn’t completely unexpected, but it was still much too soon. I’m never quite sure how personal to get here…

Brussels sprouts often get a bad rap, and I’m not really sure why. Whoever thinks they don’t like brussels sprouts just hasn’t had them cooked the right way– roasted to caramelized perfection, shredded and served fresh in a crisp salad… or covered with bacon and cheese. Even my dog likes brussels. Have you ever seen…

Creamy Mocha Latte Bread Pudding

March 7, 2014 By jessfuel 2 Comments

Today we are talking about one of my very favorite things: coffee. Coffee might just be my own personal Jess Fuel! I’ll drink my coffee black, but I also like it a little creamy, or full-out froofy– mochacappajavafrappalatte? Yum! I’ll take it any way you’ll give it to me. See those cute little cream puffs…
