Mediterranean Tuna Salad on Ritz® Crackers

Serves: 2-4
- 1 (5 oz) can solid white albacore tuna
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives, quartered
- ¼ cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup roughly chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1-2 tbsp mayo
- 1 sleeve Ritz® crackers
- Flake the tuna out of the can into a medium bowl.
- Add olives, chick peas and artichoke hearts, and toss to combine.
- Add the mayo (more or less depending on your taste) and stir everything together until the salad comes together and is evenly coated.
- Spoon salad onto Ritz® crackers and serve!
