This Avocado Hummus-- or "Guacamummus"-- is the perfect smooth combination of creamy avocado and chick peas. It's lightly spiced with guacamole flavors and the perfect healthy snack paired with veggies or tortilla chips!

  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 (15 oz) cans chick peas
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 4 green onions, cut into 2-inch segments
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Place off of the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth, scraping down the edges occasionally if necessary.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or chopped up veggies.
  4. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
