Nutter Butter Snowmen

December 24, 2011 by jessfuel 3 Comments

Merry Christmas from Massachusetts!!

Since we won’t be having a white Christmas here, I had to find another way to make a snowman. Several snowmen!

Being home has been fun and for once I haven’t been suffering from frostbite. I guess winter decided not to come this year. I’m not complaining. But winter is crafty, and it’s probably planning a late attack. Snow in April is always fun.

For now, snow stays in the form of white chocolate. I saw these little guys on Pinterest and couldn’t resist making them! Luckily I’ve got lots of little cousins around here to gobble them up. If cupcakes are more your style, check out the snowmen I helped make last year.

One of the best parts of being home? Seeing this little muffin:

How can y0u not love that face?

Some things just make you smile. Piper’s one of those things. And so are these snowmen. (Especially the evil one on the end.)

Nutter Butter Snowmen

  • Nutter Butter cookies
  • white candy melts (or white chocolate chips)
  • M&M’s
  • orange Tic-Tacs
  • chocolate sprinkles

Melt the candy melts in a double boiler. Dip the cookies in white chocolate and place on parchment covered cookie sheets. Decorate as snowmen with M&M’s, sprinkles, and Tic-Tacs cut in half.

Place in fridge to harden for about 30 minutes.

Merry Christmas!
